There are many many Home Business Opportunities out there...I know, I have tried several since I started in the home business industry back in 2002.

In 2006 I took a 7 months leave from the Work At Home Industry to do allot of research on businesses and to find out what I really wanted to work from home with  ,this was a real eye opener to me and changed my way to work online.

Through the years I have met many people who want to work from home but are not serious enough to put the time, effort, read, learn and educate them self and take responsibility for their own actions to be successfull online, they just want to sign up and looking for a paycheck in the mail...hmmmm....if you are one of those, sorry,this is NOT for you so you can stop reading now, BUT if you are willing to do all of the above read this whole letter and contact me today!

Hi, My name is Jessica Byers and thank you for visiting my site.

For you to get to know me better...Here is my story:

I am a busy Mom of 3 wonderful boys, a Wife, Internet Entrepreneur and a Business Coach.

I Left Sweden

I was born and raised in Sweden , which is a wonderful country that I really recommend everybody to visit, atleast once in your life.

When I was around 11 years old I saw the soap Dallas on tv in Sweden and loved it. I told my parents that one day I will go to that BIG country out in the west. After highschool I needed a break and got a job, I saved as much money as I could and a friend of mine and I bought our airline tickets, packed out bags and went on our journey to the United States of America.

We were 19 years old and my friend had some relatives in California   (Orange County) so that's where we went. We met so many wonderful people and just fell in love with The United States. 

Studies and Love 

In 1997 I came back to the States but this time to New York to finish my studies at Pace University in downtown Manhattan. After my studies I got a job with a Swedish company and helped open up 2 of their stores in Manhattan, it was allot of fun but the pay was not that good unfortunately.

During this time I met my now husband Todd in a bar in lower Manhattan of all places.....so yes, don't believe all the myths that you can't meet the love of your life in a bar....you can. 

It was love at first sight and we had our first son exactly to the date one year after we met. Many people told us we would not last....yet here we are over 10 years later, more happy then ever before. We now have 2 more boys born -04 and -06. 

Stay at Home Mom 

I’ve been a stay at home mom since our first son was born in 1999.

Since I only got 4 months maternity leave (compare to in Sweden we get 480 days maternity leave...wow what a difference!) and my pay was not that good, my husband and I decided early on that I was going to be a stay at home mom, I had nothing against that, frankly the opposite, I was very happy to become a housewife and a stay at home mom. 

For me to be able to see every step my kids have taken, instead of them growing up their first years with a nanny, has been a good fortune.

Working From Home! 

Oh you're still here.....great...After a couple of years as a stay at home mom I felt that I wanted to help out with paying bills, but at the same time I didn't want to put my son in daycare, I started to look for something that I could work with from home. It was easier said then done, at first I was looking for a work at home "job" but it was not as easy as I thought, so i started to look into work at home businesses.

Since 2002 I have been working from home and like most Internet Marketers I have gone through the ups and downs in this industry. I have educated myself and met a lot of successful people who I have learned from and are still learning from today. I tried a couple of home businesses but with many of them you have to go to all these hotel meetings and that just did not fit into my life at the time. I wanted to do something that I could do 100% online with my son running around me at home.

It took some trials and errors and I was successful with some businesses and with some not as successful as I wanted to be, so in 2006 I took a 7 month break to get recharged and to find something to work with that I was passionate about. The companies I had worked with did not have any products/services that I was passionate about, and I felt like I had to work very very hard for the little money I earned. This break was a real eyeopener to me and I started to take charge of my own business and myself and this has totally changed my business.  

Many people start working from home and think that the paychecks are just going to come in the mail without lifting a finger…..and lets be honest, that will NOT happen, You Have To Work….Period!!! 

You have to look at your home business the same way as you would if you would open up a traditional business.

For example, if you opened up a bakery would you close it down if you didn't have any customers after you've been in business for one month? No ofcourse you wouldn't, same with your home based business...you have to give it atleast a year to be in profit, sure some get into profit very fast and some take a little more time, but the most important thing is that you DON'T GIVE UP on your business. 

Even if it is only 1 hour a day that you can work, that’s better than nothing and eventually you will see the paychecks come….one after the other….and what a great feeling that is.
